On the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury festival 2008
Yeah, yeah ok I admit it – I went to see James Blunt! And I’m glad I did; I really enjoyed it. The weather was great, the atmosphere was really good and You’re Beautiful was an obvious highlight.
I was a little disappointed he didn’t talk to us a bit more – I’ve seen a couple of his interviews and he’s really funny, so I was hoping for some of that, but never mind. He was clearly enjoying himself; which I’ve said before is key to getting the audience to enjoy themselves. He also seemed quite emotional at times, which was nice.
I’ll definately watch him again if he’s there.
