Friday night headlining Pyramid Stage, Glastonbury 2004
When half of the band doesn’t want to be there, there’s no point in staying to watch really. Liam in his girly white coat was just too miserable to put up with, so I only stayed for a few songs. They didn’t talk to the audience and there was just no atmosphere happening at all.
Our friends who did stay for the whole set thought they were ok, but not that good, so I’m glad we didn’t bother! We took the kids back to the tent and watched the end of Chemical Brothers instead!
